GanzAfrica receives $500,000 in grant funding from the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation

GanzAfrica is delighted to announce that we have received two-year funding from the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation to support “Evidence-informed policymaking and implementation in Africa”. This award contributes to the delivery of our organizational mission to build local human capacity in consolidating, analyzing and translating evidence and data to expedite policy implementation.
The funding will allow GanzAfrica to support mandated government institutions in Kenya and Rwanda to use data and evidence to identify and address bottlenecks in the implementation of national agricultural policies. We will partner with AGRA on this effort, building on the work they have done with the two governments to design and/or reform various agricultural policies.
